2. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us at barktasticstudio@gmail.com within 30 days for a full refund. Because our guides are digital content made available immediately, by completing your purchase you request immediate access and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ends once your download is available; our 30-day money back guarantee applies in addition.
